Emergency Epinephrine Act

REMINDER: Just because there is a law allowing for generic epinephrine auto-injectors does not mean that YOUR SCHOOL HAS ONE. ASK your school nurse and remind them that 25% of kids who have allergic reactions are undiagnosed. Be awful to be able to have the medicine under the law but decide not to buy it knowing that statistic.

Two food allergy deaths at schools almost within a year of each other. Unacceptable. If your school doesn't have a non-student specific epinephrine auto-injector maybe they should wake up. If your school doesn't have trained personnel, then maybe they should wake up and get trained.

Chicago Public Schools will get EpiPens

Is it Olive Oil or Hazelnut Oil?
